You've been holding it together for so long.

Anxiety, Burnout & Perfectionism Therapy for Women in Texas

Therapy for women who are tired of performing calm while quietly falling apart and are ready for something real to change.

Does this sound like you?

You look like you have it all together. Your to-do list is managed. You show up for everyone. But inside, the picture is very different.

The worry never stops
Your mind is always three steps ahead, preparing for everything that could go wrong.

Your body is keeping score
Tension, headaches, a pit in your stomach, your body is sending signals your schedule ignores.

Sleep feels like a battle

You fall asleep exhausted and wake up the same like rest never actually arrives.

Perfectionism is draining you
You only notice what you didn't do well, the wins don't stick, but the mistakes do.

You can't say no
Disappointing someone feels unbearable, so you take on more until you're running on empty.

You feel like a fraud
Despite everything you've accomplished, a quiet voice wonders when someone will figure it out.

If you nodded at even two or three of these, you're not broken, you're burned out. And this is exactly where therapy can help.

What's keeping you stuck

Anxiety, burnout, and people-pleasing don't just appear out of nowhere. They develop over years of learning that your worth is tied to how much you produce, how little you complain, and how well you manage everyone else's comfort, including their comfort with you.

The strategies that helped you survive and succeed are now working against you. Stuffing it down, pushing through, and staying busy are not signs of strength. They're signs that your nervous system has been in overdrive for far too long.

"You don't need to earn rest. You don't need to fix yourself before you deserve help."

Therapy isn't about adding another thing to your list. It's about finally addressing what's underneath all the lists.

My Approach to Therapy

At Growing in Grace Counseling, sessions are grounded in two evidence-based approaches that work together, one that shifts how you think, and one that transforms your relationship with what you feel.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Change the thoughts that are driving the cycle

CBT helps you identify the thought patterns keeping you anxious, overextended, and self-critical and replace them with beliefs that are both accurate and workable. You can't control everything, but you can change how you relate to it.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Stop fighting your emotions and start using them

ACT teaches you to stop avoiding or suppressing difficult feelings and instead treat them as information. When you stop fighting what's inside, you free up an enormous amount of energy to move toward the life you actually want.

Both approaches are tailored to you not a protocol you're fitted into.

What to expect

You don't need to know how to do therapy. You don't need to arrive with the right words or the right amount of vulnerability. You just need to show up.

01 Free consultation call

We'll connect briefly to see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment just a conversation.

02 Your first session

We'll go over intake paperwork, talk about what brought you in, and start building a plan that fits your goals not a template.

03 Ongoing collaborative work

Sessions are 45–50 minutes. You drive the conversation what's weighing on you, what you want to change, what you're ready to look at.

04 Real, measurable change

Insight without action stays insight. We work toward real shifts in how you think, how you set limits, and how you live.

Everything you share is confidential. You control the pace.

You don't have to keep carrying this alone.

Growing in Grace Counseling serves high-achieving women across Texas who are ready to trade exhaustion for something more grounded, more honest, and more theirs.
