Yes. I provide secure telehealth counseling for women across Texas, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Do you offer in-person therapy?

Yes. In-person sessions are available at my office in Cedar Hill, Texas, for clients who prefer face-to-face support.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare through Headway.

If you are unsure about your coverage, I’m happy to help guide you through the verification process.

My private pay rate is $150 per session. I also accept insurance through Headway for eligible plans.

During your consultation, we can discuss the best option for your needs.

What can I expect during the first session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels overwhelming right now, and what you hope will feel different moving forward.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Do you offer free consultation calls?

Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so we can briefly discuss your concerns, answer questions, and determine if we are a good fit.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or like you’re constantly taking care of everyone else but yourself, therapy can help.

You do not have to wait until things get worse to ask for support.

What issues do you help with?

I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, self-worth struggles, and the emotional exhaustion that comes from always feeling like you have to hold everything together.

I also provide play therapy and counseling support for children, teens, and families.

What makes you different from other therapists?

Therapy with me is warm, honest, and focused on real change, not just talking in circles. I work especially well with ambitious women who are tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, and carrying everything alone.

Together, we focus on helping you set boundaries that stick, quiet your inner critic, and create healthier patterns so you feel more confident, grounded, and like yourself again.

Ready to Get Started?

You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in people-pleasing, or simply tired of holding it all together, therapy can help you create real change.
